This is at the core of our work. While our other focus areas eventually lead to better employment outcomes, we also focus on direct employment generation initiatives by closely working with stakeholders such as the industries. The interventions are aimed at employability enhancement as well as creating sustainable institutional structures that accelerate the pace of employment generation.
